Sesimbra is a traditional fishing village at the heart of Arrábida’s Natural Park and just 30 minutes away from Lisbon. Protected from strong winds by the surrounding mountains, the village is blessed by a special ‘microclimate’ with a high abundance of sunny days. The sea is extremely calm and the sandy beaches with little inclination are very convenient for children.
Our mission is to create solutions that add value to the local community – so that Sesimbra can become Portugal’s best place to live.

Our apartments are located in Sesimbra’s historical center: only 50 meters away from stunning beaches by the Atlantic ocean and only a few steps away from the best restaurants. The building was recently renovated and offers simple and functional design complemented by artwork handpicked from a selection of talented local artists.
The rooftop with sea & castle view are a huge bonus, especially at the sunset. We are pet-friendly, so don’t hesitate to contact us if you want to bring your pet!
The Playspace is a leisure center for children between 4-16 years old – with weekend activities (incl. baby-sitting nights) and holiday camps during non-school periods. It is a space where "play" becomes the main element and a means for learning to become meaningful.
The main space is a large living room (83 m2) with an incredible bouldering wall and excellent recreational and educational equipment. We also have: reading room, pantry with seated places for quick meals and changing rooms.
Our beach-side Workspace truly means "work-life balance" for those who decided to live it. We'll have an open-space area with dedicated & hot desks, private offices, and meeting rooms with capacity for up to 10 people – all fully equipped. Our phone booths will ensure privacy during your calls, and our showers & lockers will enable you to take maximum advantage of our location: only 33 steps away from the beach!
With large tables, high ceiling, indoor and outdoor lounge area – our capacity will be determined by your level of comfort. We’re planned for opening in Autumn 2023 –please contact us if you’d like more information.
